• For Snow Premium Booking, coordinate with our team to confirm your slot 48 hours before the visit. Carry the confirmation email for entry; contact us if it is not received.
• Enjoy your experience with the provided equipment, including ski/snowboard gear, jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets (compulsory for children under 13).
• For the Snow Bullet Ride, children must be over eight years old, 125 cm tall, and weigh more than 30 kg. Adults’ weight limit is 120 kg. Height and weight restrictions apply to some rides.
• No mobiles or cameras in the Penguin Encounter Area.
• Enjoy food and drinks at Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant only (10 a.m. to midnight).
• Children must always be accompained with an adult.
• Outside food or drink is not allowed.
• Slope access is for experienced skiers and snowboarders.
• Note: The venue is not wheelchair accessible; pregnant ladies are not allowed in activities.
