IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Our team will contact you upon booking for the border pass documentation formalities.
• UAE residents and tourist visa holders must send a copy of their passport to care@explorershack.com. According to the new UAE crossing Dibba checkpoint regulation, all UAE Residents / Tourist Visa holders must have a border pass.
• We will process your border pass and keep it at the Dibba checkpoint. Border pass processing may take 3 to 4 working days. Please ensure to provide the documents on time.
• It is mandatory to carry your original Passport with you during the tour, as the tour passes through the army checkpoint.
• No luggage is allowed to be carried during any activity.
• The pick-up will take place only from your Dubai hotel or residence, not from the airport.
• The pick-up and drop-off times for Sharing transfers can be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Shared transfers are available from Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed up to Marina.
