IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Location Address: Find us at the Balloon Flight Operations Facility within the SkyDive Desert Drop Zone in Dubai.
• Don’t forget to bring valid identification (Passport/Any Govt. ID) with you. Passengers must have a valid ID, as those without it won’t be permitted to fly.
• We offer transfers from convenient locations, including Dubai Marina Mall, Burjuman Mall, Deira City Centre, and Dubai Outlet Mall.
• Please ensure that you complete the waiver form at least 24 hours before your flight. You can easily fill out the Waiver Form and submit it online.
• Weight eligibility criteria: Maximum weight of 119 kg.
• The hot air balloon can accommodate a maximum of 10-28 passengers.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to fly.
• Children under 5 years of age and individuals over 85 years of age are not permitted to fly. However, the pilot has the authority to determine passenger eligibility.
• Passengers under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs are strictly prohibited from flying.
• Individuals with serious heart problems, significant knee or back pain, recent major surgery in the last 6 months, or height phobia are not recommended for this activity.
• Passengers with mental health, emotional, or physical disabilities are not allowed, and all passengers must sign a declaration confirming their well-being.
• Sharing transfer pick-up/drop-off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Private transportation from remote areas will be charged extra, and the same will be informed by our operations team in advance.
