The Dubai Frame is the latest addition to the city’s magnificent architecture. The Dubai Frame is a highlight of the Dubai skyline, consisting of two vertical towers of 150 meters in height connected by a 100-square-meter bridge. If you don’t have much time for sightseeing and want to see the entire city at once, a tour of the Dubai Frame is a must.
The Dubai Frame is a museum and gallery that uses photos and advanced technology to show the evolution of Dubai from a simple fishing village to the ultra-modern city it is today. After visiting the museum, take the elevator to the bridge for a breathtaking view of the city. The charming old Dubai is on one side, and the modern new Dubai is on the other. You can also enjoy a beautiful view of the city while sipping a delicious cup of coffee at the bridge cafe.
Important Information:
Purchasing the tickets was simple and quick. We were able to purchase it there because the ticket booth line was long. The monument was beautiful, and the views of Old Town and New Dubai from both sides of the Frame were fascinating to see. The “look down” mirrors were also thrilling! A nice quick and easy tourist attraction that is a great way to spend a few minutes in the middle of the afternoon. It shouldn’t take more than 20-45 minutes, including the small queue for the elevators up and down and the pictures above and below the frame.
Beautiful architecture. It was a unique experience. Definitely worth a visit. It preserves Dubai’s history as well as its integrity. The best time to go is in the evening. Sheikh Zayed Road is nearby. From the top, the Burj Khalifa is visible. You can have your photos taken by their photographer and then have them made into keychains, photoframes, and other items.
Dubai’s rise from humble beginnings to where it is now appears unbelievable. The experience of walking over the Dubai Frame glass is surreal. The digital future video show is fantastic and only serves to captivate what Dubai can become.
If you visit Dubai, this is a “Must Do” attraction. The pre-show history of Dubai exhibit was very informative, as were the views from the top, and the post-show future of Dubai presentation. I recommend you get there at 9 A.M. to beat the huge crowds that arrive by 10!
