IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Please note that during peak times, the Jumeirah guest queue closes 45 minutes before the park’s closing.
  • Unused or partially used services are non-refundable.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.
  • For a seamless experience, kindly refrain from bringing outside food, beverages, or alcohol into Wild Wadi Water Park.
  • The service provider is not liable for non-operational attractions due to technical reasons.
  • Ensure a safe experience by entering pools and attractions feet first; diving is not permitted.

Cancellation & Child Policy

  • This attraction has a strict no-cancellation policy, and cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
  • Children above 3 years and below 1.1 meters tall will be charged as children.
  • Individuals above 1.1 meters in height will be considered adults and charged at the adult rate.
